Group Exercise and Women’s Health

Vicky Tringali earned a Bachelor of Science from Salisbury University and Master of Science from Wilmington University. Vicky began her career as a fitness leader as a physical fitness instructor for the Eastern Shore Police Academy. In 2002 she began personal training as well as teaching group exercise in local gyms. As her popularity grew as an instructor, she began a boot camp style training program that became a sought-after amenity in the Baltimore/Washington area. She later developed a modified exercise program for seniors which gained popularity in the assisted-living environment. Vicky has written numerous articles on various topics of women’s health and fitness- including strength-training, group fitness, and exercise during and after pregnancy.

Vicky was a competitive fitness athlete for more than 7 years- winning many titles and awards, and achieved national-level recognition. She is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, and the American Counsel of Exercise. Now a proud mother and wife, she continues to live a healthy and active life-style inspiring and teaching men and women of all fitness levels.
